Under data protection law, you have rights over your personal data on stg-esportnowcom-staging.kinsta.cloud. Moreover, we rely on a specific legal ground every time we use that data. The sections below explain both in full. They also cover how to make a request and what happens when your data leaves the European Economic Area (EEA). Finally, they show where to turn if you’re not happy with how we handled your data.

Which data protection laws apply to E-Sport Now?

We handle personal data on stg-esportnowcom-staging.kinsta.cloud in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The GDPR is the EU law that applies to any website handling the data of people in the EU. It sets out the lawful grounds for using your data. It also sets out your rights and the safeguards needed whenever data leaves the European Economic Area (EEA).

The owner of stg-esportnowcom-staging.kinsta.cloud, E-Sport Now, is the data controller for the personal data it collects through the site. That makes E-Sport Now responsible for deciding how and why it uses your data. Moreover, E-Sport Now must keep that use lawful, fair and transparent.
